Five Reasons to Choose Carpenters in Aylesbury
There are many service-based businesses to consider before starting your dream home renovation; from architects, plumbers, electricians, interior designers, tile and wood floor installers and, of course, Carpenters – to mention a few. Picking the right company is confusing, and with so many factors to consider, making the right decision is essential. Here, we outline some reasons why you should consider choosing Carpenta for all of your custom and bespoke carpentry work in Aylesbury.
1. Service
We believe in offering the highest possible service for our clients at all times, this is at the forefront of our services from start-to-finish. We were awarded the ‘Best of Houzz 2020’ award for service in February which states that ‘this professional was rated at the highest level for client satisfaction by the Houzz community’.
Here are some reviews from our customers:
‘Mike was fantastic from start to finish. Encouraging us to be involved in the design phase, ensuring that we would be 100% happy with the end result. His craftsmanship is second to none, and, much to my husbands delight, Mike is a bit of a perfectionist and made sure every minute detail was thought of and catered for. We are absolutely delighted with the end product and would have no hesitation in recommending him to all, we will certainly be using him again!’
– June 2020
‘Mike did a fantastic job on our staircase, using pre-bought cladding for the posts, strings and aprons, and skirting for the half landing. He also machined and fitted extra caps and fill-in pieces. All work was done with great attention to detail and to an extremely high quality. He was very reliable, courteous, and tidy. He also showed great patience while we fitted lights in the strings and discussed exactly how we wanted things done. Would not hesitate to recommend his services or use him again. Many thanks, Mike!’

2. Design
The design processes are an essential part of any carpentry project. Prior to any installation, we work closely with our clients in order to entirely understand their vision. We use computer-aided design software to generate either 2D or 3D renderings to display the final product in situ. By doing this, we ensure that all of our customers can envisage the final outcome for the desired project. Also, at this stage of the process, we can adapt any design elements; therefore, further confirming what will be require for the completed works.
3. Supporting Local Business
We believe in supporting local business wherever possible. We care about and are invested in the well-being of our community and its future. Supporting local businesses is good for the environment too, we have a smaller carbon footprint than larger companies.
We are featured on a local directory, Thame Rewards Club, head over to their website to keep updated with any current discounts or offers – would be silly not to!
4. Efficiency
We operate our woodworking requirements from a workshop based in Longwick, Buckinghamshire; which is only 8 miles from Aylesbury. We prioritise lean manufacturing methods to reduce unnecessary waste and to increase our efficiency for clients. This means that we cause minimal disruption for your household and your neighbours. You’ll have your dream project completed in no time, without realising we were ever there!
5. Portfolio
We have offered our carpentry services for more than 30 years, to both commercial and residential clients situated in London, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Over this time, we have generated an extensive portfolio of locally completed projects from areas in and around Aylesbury; which can be viewed on our website, Instagram or Facebook page.
